VSTORM is the Victorian State Trauma Registry, and is run by Professor Peter Cameron at Monash University. It collects demographic and outcome data on all major trauma patients in the state. VSTORM has documented the performance of the Victorian State Trauma System since its inception in 2000, and provides a data set to support progressive improvements to the system.

One goal of the system is to ensure that the vast majority of major trauma patients are managed at the two adult major trauma centres (Alfred and Royal Melbourne, and the Children’s hospital).
